"Deniz came to repair some siding and roofing that had been damaged because of "Superstorm" Sandy. I called him on 10/31, two days after the storm, for an estimate and he arrived as promised and on time the next morning. We agreed on the price for the repair, but he also pointed out that our builder, Springbriar Homes, had used regular roof shingles on the roof ridge, rather than ridge shingles, which could crack. He recommended replacing those with ridge vents to better circulate air and extend the life of the plywood roof. We agreed to that, as well.
Deniz came back the following morning, actually earlier than he estimated, and did all the work that day. We had asked him to stay here with his crew as they worked, and he did. We feel having the boss on the job is very important given some bad experiences
we have had with other contractors in the past.
Everything came out as good as, or better than, new. The new siding was installed as promised and matches the existing siding perfectly. The replacement roof shingles and new ridge vents were also installed properly and match the existing roof perfectly, as well.
Overall, we are very happy with the outcome and highly recommend Deniz and Non Stop Home Improvements.

One of the windows were the wrong size and he was able to adapt and install a new header to make it work.
