"Twenty minutes before his scheduled arrival he cancelled. This was a big problem as our house was going on the market the next day. He did show the next day and was very efficient, cleaned up after himself and was very professional. He quoted .75 cents a linear foot for baseboard. He knew the size of the room. However when he got here he then changed pricing and quoted a minimum of 100$, higher than .75/linear foot. Felt a bit cheated. Overall, a good experience with minor issues."
