It was also extremely important that I felt comfortable to voice my concerns and ask questions when necessary. The leader also needed to respect and honor their team as hard working individuals. Joe was kind and extremely patient with all of my questions. In a short period of time he helped me become more knowledgeable with the steps that were being followed to ensure customer satisfaction. The following tasks were completed: - Removed/installed a new patio paver walkway - Installed a fire pit with seating wall and columns - & a fully paved area by the side of the house leading into the backyard near The job was started on a Tuesday and completed by Saturday. Watching the crew work was like watching a time lapse video because they moved so quickly. "I can't say enough about King Pavers. Julio, Edelson and the team did an amazing job on our new driveway, walkway, patio, porch and landscape wall! Our only mistake was not calling Julio first. We began this project in March with another company, and were left with nothing - no new driveway, non-existent communication. We found King Pavers after a new search of paving contractors and noticed that King Pavers had stellar reviews, so we called for an estimate in September. Julio responded promptly, visited with us, and immediately demonstrated why his company was so well-regarded. He is knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He offered great design ideas that none of the other firms we met with had. We decided to go with King Pavers, and planned on doing the project in December (weather permitting) or in the spring. We lucked out - this month has been warm, so King Pavers scheduled the job. It took four days from start to finish - Julio and his team showed up every day before 8am, and worked full days to make it happen. The work was neat, they made sure to clean up the job site each day, and communication was excellent as Julio explained everything that was going to be worked on each day. As for the end result - I can't say enough how happy we are with the work King Pavers did for us! I'm pretty picky, and I have yet to find ANYTHING to complain about, LOL - Pavers are level (yes, I took a level to all the work to confirm), cuts are clean and precise, and the job looks AMAZING. Seeing the quality of the work, my neighbor asked Julio to fix issues with his existing paver walkway done by someone else, and was so happy with the work he is now planning future work with King Pavers (and two other neighbors were so impressed they asked for King Paver's contact info). I don't write many reviews - usually if I am very pleased or really unhappy. Julio and King Pavers did what they said they would, communicated well throughout the process, and dealt with us with honesty. They earned our business and through their effort, this 5 star review.
