Pete was very professional. He re pointed all the mortar on my slate walkway. He completed the job, on time and on estimate. He was very upfront about the mess it would create and warned me ahead of time to move cars etc. When the workers were done, they cleaned up. The work was done approx 6 months ago and shows no signs of poor workmanship.

I had him do an odd job. I felt he charged me way too much. His personality was a little strong. He took a call while working and was yelling over the phone. I thought that was unprofessional to do in front of a client. Maybe he had an off day?

We are willing to resolve any consumer issues, and give bids upfront with pricely clearly stated. An emergency call came through while on the job site, and natually I had an emotional reactation, sorry this may have put you off."

Peter Libarti and his whole crew were absolutely fantastic. I changed the scope of this project several times along the way and Five Star was extremely accommodating and totally flexible. Peter coordinated the changes with the other subcontractors so everything came together in a smooth and timely manner. We are extremely pleased with the results. We believe we received a very professional job for a very fair price. We plan to do have some additional landscape/design work done next year and will not hesitate to bring Five Star back to do the job.

Peter was very easy to work wtih. He and his crew are professional, the come and get the job done quickly and effectively. He was always asking questions as to how we wanted things to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted. He was on the job site working every day for most of the day. This is very important to me, because some contractors will send a crew and the owner may breeze in make sure there are no problems and then go do something else. Peter replaced our aged stoop, walkway and driveway. We have been gettinc ompliments right and left as to how good it came out and how nice it looks.
