Because of that, I wanted to continue doing business with this company, so I hired them to do the maintenance and did a 1 year service contract ($300+) which included an oil and filter change, full inspection and up to 2 no charge service calls. Well they did the oil change and when I got home, I noticed oil all over the base. Figured accidents happen, I'm not mad. A week later, we lose the power, generator shuts down because of low oil. I call HHS and they send the guy back next day to fix. 3 weeks later, lose the power again and again generator shuts down. This time waaay too much oil. Sends guy back again to fix. A few months later, lose power again generator never turns. The battery was not being charged. Now there's issue with gas valve. They refused to do warranty work while it was still under warranty Called 11/17/25 and they got the balls to return my 1/12/26(8wks) later. Worst company ever!!!!!!"
