They put two windows in for me (where windows didn't exist before) and covered up a window. They insulated and everything. No painting but that was cool. I was very impressed. He persevered through persistent cold weather and difficulties getting primer and paint to adhere to old material. In the end the drywall could not be painted properly. Carlos gave me a significant break on the final price as a result. He was courteous, professionsal, and honest throughout his effort. We would definitely hire him again."
