"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"Etmond reached out quickly after I inquired and then we were able to set up a time to review the projects. He did an exceptional job including tweaks to or replacement of our kitchen cupboards hinges, replacement of curtain rods with accompanying installation of blinds, and new door hardware and lock. He was friendly, reliable, professional and his pricing was very competitive. I definitely plan to hire him again and have already started preparing a future list of projects for the spring season. "The technician, Steve, called me 25 minutes prior to his arrival. He was extremely knowledgeable about my gas fireplace. He vacuumed all areas. He informed me of the condition of the components. I was prepared to ask him a handful of questions that he was able to answer. My fireplace works very well and I strongly recommend using the Chimney Experts."

"Bob and Roger did a great job refacing our kitchen cabinets! They were courteous, reliable and knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with."

"Mad City did a great job! We are very happy with our new kitchen countertop, bathtub and living room picture window."

"I not only had my cabinets refaced but I had the soffits in my kitchen taken down, walls had to be stripped down to the studs because there was old laminate panels on the walls so it needed new sheetrock installed. I also had new floors put in. I thought Jeff and his crew did a wonderful job in a timely manner and the crew were very knowledgable in their trade. It's only been 3 weeks so we will see how the refacing holds up but I'm sure they will be fine the quality looks top notch. I got white cabinets over the brown ones and cabinet restylers do not paint under the cabinets so if you want that done it should be written in the contract which I did not do because I assumed that was part of the refacing process but it didn't bother me that much because I like to paint, I would definently hire these people again if I need future projects."
