John and his assistant Dave were spot on in every way. They were prompt...exactly. They left my kitchen cleaner than it was when they arrived. John offers excellent professional advice and is still flexible. His price was fair and he stuck to it. No surprises. It is obvious these guys know what they are doing. Also I love that they have a sense of humor about the household "stuff' we all face. Would hire them again without question.

John and Dave did a great job. He was here working when he said he would be and finished the job within 2 days. He provided a backup generator to maintain my wireless access as I work from home. When work was completed he walked me through what was done and all debris was cleaned up and removed. Payment was easy using Venmo and John mark the proposal as paid in full upon completion. Both John and Dave are very personable and professional.

On time, professional, willing to work with you, listens to your concerns and is an all aroundgreat guy. He knows his stuff!!!!

My experience with John Rubino was most excellent. He answers his own phone (other companies did not and I still haven't gotten a call back). He came to my house to look over the situation within an hour of my calling. Since it was an emergency, he fixed my issues the very next day. He stayed on the job until it was completed. He quoted a very fair price (and quite a bit less than several previous quotes for less work than what he did). He is friendly and professional and I will definitely use him again if I have another electrical issue.

Overall Rubino Electric did very good work; however we feel that he was overpriced, arrogant and talked more than he worked. If he talked less and worked more maybe our estimate would have been lower. As far as the estimate goes we have yet to receive it. We asked for it since the very beginning yet he has failed to produce it. Our guess is that he cannot justify the work or material and therefore cannot produce a valid written estimate. All I can say is that you should not trust anyone (family, friends etc.) and you should get everything in writing before they start. Lesson learned, the hard way.
