"I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. In the month after the job I had to remove the siding on one side in order to add waterproof sheathing, correct a leak around a newly installed window, and replace patches of siding with better fitting parts. In the year since I have had to redo interior molding which had just been glued in place rather than nailed.
I want to stress Mr. Ipek was suitably upset about these shortcomings when I spoke with him about it at a chance meeting at Home Depot. However, I had already repaired the damages, so no further action was offered or taken.
