Havzi was great. He fixed the chimney first and then replaced the roof a few days later. The workers were courteous and considerate, arriving at 7:30 am and leaving at 5:00 pm each day. It took two days to finish. The chimney looks terrific and the new roof looks fantastic. Great work at a fair price.

hard to get hol off, but once we did they were here when agreed upon and work was one in a few hours on ay agreed on ( I wasn't at home) an they came back another day for payment. So far work looks good and am satisfied with the company.

I have used Z-Ipek & Sons Inc services several times in the past and they always deliver the rooloff on time and let me keep it till I am done. I had the roll off delivered and it stayed about a week and when I was finished they cam an took all away.

They’re terrific. They did a great job. With the chimney, they matched the bricks so well and you cannot tell I have a new chimney. It’s incredible! The worker was wonderful. He was so nice and just so professional. I have nothing but high praise about the work they did. My only problem is that a friend of mine hired them to do his roof and rebuild his chimney. The next week, I contacted them and arranged for them to rebuild my chimney and do the roof repairs. They explained to me that they might not get to me right away because they have a big project and that is of course their priority, which I understood. So they did my friend’s job and after his job was done, two of his neighbours were so pleased with the roof they did for Ted. They hired Ipek to do their chimneys. So, Ipek did Ted’s roof and chimney then he did the two chimneys for the people who signed up after Ted’s job was finished and they never got to me. At that point, it started snowing. They just never got to me so I called them in April. They told me they forgot and I have signed a contract. They came right out and did it immediately. The work was fantastic. I would recommend them to anybody and I would use them any time I need them. Forgetting about me but having times to do two chimneys that were contracted for after mine was bad. The work was good that I really can’t complain and I guess it was an innocent mistake because I hear stories about contractors that don’t show up and they get another job. It wasn’t the case; I just fell through the cracks. I would give them a five star. I’ve had some brick done on my house where one of the walls had to be rebuilt and the other company could not match the bricks but Ipek was able to do it. It’s so perfect. You can’t tell it’s new. If you need a roof or a chimney, use them. It was $2500 minus 10% senior citizen discount and that included the repairs they did to the flashing that the other roofer had messed up. I had a hatch from an old chimney that had been removed and when the other roofer put the new roof on, he should have taken out that hatch and covered it. Ipek did that for me and that was included in the money I paid. I thought that their price was quite fair. I have no complaint about the price.

They did a very good job. I like the fact that the owners of the company answer the phone, come to your home and get the estimates, explain what they're gonna do. A lot of men are working. They come and they check on the job and make sure things are done to your satisfaction.

Good quality work. Once they commit to a date, they are extremely efficient. Roof was done in a day.

The materials are quality. The workmanship, communication and follow up was not good. Nothing like being hit in the face with a handful of roofing nails when you open your attic a week later.

"We regret that you had a negative experience with our firm. We ordinarily buy direct from the manufacturer and do not have materials sitting around. There is no way that we just put just any skylight in. We were experiencing change of staff and communication was not as efficient as normal. They were terrible. Very shortly after it was replaced there were leaks. The roof was old but it had never leaked before! I called them back and they said there was not anything they could do. They didn't want to take any responsiblity for their errors. If you want a leaky roof call Z Ipek. Beware that after they replace the roof & it leaks they will tell you that you need other things so that you will incure addtional costs there by not taking resposponsibilty. They will not stand by you if there is an error.

They were wonderful. They were great. They were quick and they did the work beautifully. The owner himself came to do the work. I had to call them back because a part of my chimney was damaged due to the wind and they were here in 20 minutes. I recommend them highly.

Firm actually started and completed job ahead of the original schedule. Workers were professional, curteous, quiet and worked diligently. Careful attention to detail. Good communication about progress of the work and the crew was very careful to actually leave the premises cleaner than when they began.

THEY CAME AND DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY WERE IN AND OUT. THEY GOT THE ROOF ON AND OFF, AND DID IT ALL IN ONE DAY. THEY HAD AT LEAST EIGHT GUYS WORKING. THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I'D RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY.

I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THEM. HE CAME WHEN WE WEREN'T HOME, AND LEFT THE ESTIMATE IN THE MAILBOX. HE WAS VERY PUNCTUAL, NOT TOO EARLY AND NOT TOO LATE. THERE WAS NO 6AM HAMMERING. THEY DID A FINE JOB. WE DIDN'T GET OTHER ESTIMATES BECAUSE I CAN'T GET ANYBODY TO COME GIVE ME ONE. THE PRICE WAS OK.
