She reached out to "The Dryer Vent Guy" who sent out a technician named STEVEN. HE WAS AMAZING!!!! From start to finish, he was thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. His work was neat and clean. He even wore protective shoe booties so my mom's clean floor would not get dirty from the snow. He also sucked up the huge amount of debris he was able to remove from the vent. "Hello! My mother was very frustrated with her new dryer not drying properly. She hired a dryer repair man who advised her the vent was clogged. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He was professional and honest about what needed to be done. I was more then pleased with him and the company. I highly recommend .Chimneys are us."

Two independent roofers later confirmed the poor workmanship. Shamrock agreed to return, but the follow-up visit was unprofessional and dismissive. The leak continued after additional rain, causing more interior damage. We were given conflicting explanations, missed appointments, and were ultimately told the issue wasn?t covered despite a ?10-year warranty.? Our refund request for the $1,600 we paid was denied, and we were told to stop contacting the company. We had to pay other professionals to fix what should have been done correctly the first time. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Shamrock."
