"I've hired Jim and his team for several projects in the past year, including the reconstruction of an outdoor porch; installing a bathroom fan and running its venting to the outside; fixing up rotten boards and checking the integrity of a second floor porch; and replacing the ceiling, flooring, a window, and areas of the walls in an area of my house that I’m hoping to eventually rent out as a separate unit.
