"Install Pavers for Patios, Step, and Walkway. I would highly recommend using Bergen Property Management. Work was done quick and the crew were highly friendly. Management kept in touch with me the whole time to keep me updated on when the job would be started and if the crew would not be coming due to the weather. All work was done the way we wanted and at the price agreed before the start of work. The management was very easy to work with and very helpful! The cleanup was quick with new grass planted wherever they had to dig for the work."

"Mauro had contacted me probably about 3 weeks ago told him what my project entailed. He gave me prices for a white vinyl fence a tan and also an Adobe color fence. I was very interested in a 6x8 ft vinyl fence to cover for privacy not to see my neighbor all the time... He came through with a very very reasonable number for the fence that I wanted and also his labor rate was quite reasonable as well. I chose an 8 ft by 6 ft fence... Adobe color I had 72 ft of fence to put up on my property line as a nice quiet barrier for privacy. He and his men did a beautiful job and they did a very clean job I will supply pictures ...."

The primary task was cedar shake replacement, but he also installed copper gutters, wood gutters, rebuilt a chimney, and repaired a shed on a 1773 historic house. Historic methods and aesthetics were an important part of the project. Brian sourced the materials and corroborated details with experts, including people who had worked on the house many years ago. He is skilled in the techniques in question, and was a clear and careful communicator throughout. He is very organized. Not only that, but he brings humor, humanity, and joy to the process. "Mike from MFS Masonry has an excellent staff. Very professional, excellent workmanship. I couldn't be happier. Mike stopped by from time to time but his crew didn't need to be monitored. They are hardworking and punctual. My patio, sidewalks and stairs are beautiful. Everything in the work area was put back to rights, grass seed was applied, even mulch. No small item was left undone. If I need more work like this in the future, that is the company I will hire. Another impressing note, when Mike first came to give me an estimate, he had samples of the pavers in his truck.
