"Al showed up on a Sunday evening to give us a quote. The price for the system was comparable to the costs we researched. ( We decided on a higher price point than we originally planned). Al worked with our contractor to pre wire what he could. He then came back and installed the system. Totally down to earth guy, not pushy, knows what he is doing and showed up as planned. System looks and sounds awesome!! Would use him again and would recommend him to anyone. I also think we will be having him back in the Spring to do some outdoor speakers."

"Not well as it should have, either with their organization or with the installations. Poor communications within their company meant they sent a crew here for a few hours not knowing what to do or equipped to do it. Had to reschedule for another date. Maybe they are fine with new fixtures in new homes, but we have an older house (1900) and wanted to install older fixtures to match. A few of these fixtures needed some basic, easy to obtain parts. One of the electricians in the crew knew what he was doing, but another was clearly uncomfortable with the older fixtures and ultimately unable to install two of them. They did honor their price quote, and show up on the date(s) they said, albeit a little late, and most of their work was OK. But communications with the company and some of the work did not inspire confidence."
