We went over my idea, tossed a few others around, and came back to the original. Nick was very thorough in going over the needed materials for this 12 x 18 project: Ipe w needed stainless steel hardware, lighted steps, black metal railings, faux stone. The one mistake I made was not in reading the contract carefully, as sealing the porch was not included. The construction proceeded smoothly.
