Installer did a great job. Addressed all my concerns

The sales Department was excellent in their explanation of the product. But the installer could use some more experience because: 1) arrived without all the parts to complete the job on the first trip 2) installation was slightly crooked (the chair did not maintain the 0.5-inch minimum distance to the wall during travel - okay at the bottom of the steps but not at the top as outlined by the instructions). But it still worked.

The two men who installed were professional and polite. I think their names were Ian and Mike. They showed up on time and did a great job! They explained everything they were going to do and asked me to check out the ramp before they left. Annie was also professional and easy to work with! Nice group of people!
