"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"We purchased our couch and love seat 17years ago. Never thought they were that bad until we saw pictures of them we had taken. Especially the arms. I put lotion on my arms and never thought it would transfer to the arms, I have also spilled coffee several times. When really looking at it, I realized how terrible it was. Fred actually came a few minutes early. Explained how he was going to clean them. He was very professional. Difference was between night and day. I would call him again and I have also referred him to our neighbors."

came to my house on time.  That's a big plus in my book.  Immediately after getting to my house, he inspected the areas I wanted cleaned and told me his plan and costs.  I agreed and he quickly got to work.  He worked very, very hard and never stopped moving.  When he was done, the carpet looked better than new.  He used some special machine that got some major stain out and removed most of the water.  The carpet was almost dry when he was finished.  He also used protectors for the wall corners inside my house and my shrubs.  Evidently, his hose gets so hot it can damage those areas just by touching them.  When
he was done with my basement carpet and stairs, I asked him about my car.  It had tons of salt in the carpets that really looked terrible.  He told me the price and again, quickly went to work.  I was planning to trade-in the car and I've decided to keep it because it looks brand new.  The carpets and seats look like they're in showroom condition.  I would highly recommend this guy.  It's a clever name since he is a real cop and fireman.

House smelled like fresh lemon slices after they left, they also added 10% off too my weekly maid service account with them"
