"I've been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year.1-5-25. This is the most unprofessional company to work with. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. "Dan did an excellent job of repairing some log rot that was in a critical location of the structure He was thoughtful, creative and thorough. He also repaired the part of my deck that was partially responsible for the log damage. Ok pricing was very fair I will be contacting Dan for remodeling work in the future"
