Kyle did a professional job prepping, repairing and painting several different surfaces. He made old surfaces look new. He was meticulous and professional, covering furniture and floors as necessary to not leave any signs of the painting on carpets, floors, furniture or cabinets. On the job when he said he would be and left the areas orderly and clean at the end of each day. I will be using them for future projects and would recommend them to others in the future."

"UPDATE, Spring 2025: Rich came to help with a roof leak that caused drywall damage in our great room. He assessed the issue quickly, provided options to choose from, and even helped us navigate our insurance claim. He and his team fixed this issue and did a beautiful job painting our tricky interior. --- We struggled to find someone to remove an old stove from our kitchen and install a new one that we had been storing in our garage. When I called Rich, he was immediately willing to help, and came within 3 days of our initial conversation. He kept us up to date on his schedule and his arrival time. "It went excellent!  Hi Tech Construction Co gave me a detail estimate of the job.  And compared to other estimates I received from several other companies, Hi Tech's was the most reasonably priced.  Hi Tech also gave me a timeline of the job from beginning to finish and they were right on target.  The crews showed up on time and carried out the job like experts - they surely looked like they knew what they were doing.  I noticed that they were very concerned about the safety of our neighbors, anybody passing by, their crews, and us.  They also cleaned everything right after they finished their job.  I was really happy with the timeliness and the quality of their job.  I will definitely strongly recommend Hi Tech.  I do not think you can go wrong with them.

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

"Great again, hired them back two weeks after they came do yardwork and land clearing they put up my fence, row my entire property, a chain-link and salt a chain-link gate at the front of the property so people couldn’t use my driveway as a U-turn put an electric gate opener on there and they came out perfect I will be using them in the future and from now on they are my go to company"
