They met with us to hear our ideas, offer their expertise and then quickly presented an estimate that took into account what we envisioned and was very fairly priced. They completed the take down of the old porch, build of the new the porch and cleaned the site within 3 days! The porch is beautiful and exceeds our expectations. "F.A.S.T. Property Services did a complete master bath remodeling project for us. At our first interview, Matthew Smith fully explained everything to us using terms we could easily understand. We asked Matthew many questions which he patiently and pleasantly answered. He even gave us helpful suggestions as to how the project could be improved-things we never even considered. Matthew and Stephen removed the Jacuzzi in one piece without any damage or inconvenience to us. The walk-in shower that they installed to replace the Jacuzzi tub came out just as we were told. Matthew Smith’s tile work was phenomenal. We told him his tile work was artistic! You could tell he took the time to make everything just perfect, a sign of a quality contractor. Matthew and Stephen kept us informed every step of the way and we felt like this was a partnership. On a scale of 1-10, we would give them a 12! "I purchased the $99 roof inspection & minor repair package thru Angie's List because I was worried there might be issues after this past winter. Larry Pidgeon arrived right on time. He climbed up on the roof, looked around & took pictures. Then he came down and explained what he found. He was knowledgeable, concerned, honest and not at all pushy. He explained that the roof is okay, but will need to be replaced in the next five years. This makes perfect sense based on the age of my town home. He was very understanding of my financial situation and I feel confident in his opinion. He gave me a price for a new roof and I told him that I would be sure to call him next year when I'm ready to replace my roof. I would definitely recommend calling him for your roofing concerns!"
