Prompt response to my initial request registered with Angi also for the first time- he's the only professional that called on the very first day, then made an appointment with two days!

Gerard responded promptly, came to the house, sized up the problem (a leaky kitchen faucet), and quoted a price without any charge to us or obligation, which I much appreciated. I accepted the price and he did the job quickly and efficiently. Not cheap, but as such things go well within what I expected, and cheaper than a couple of online quotes that I got. He was friendly and polite, and I would have no hesitation in calling him again or in recommending others to him.

Gerard was fantastic. He came in and looked at the situation and quoted a price. It was higher than we expected, but the service and work done was A-One. I would highly recommend this gentleman. If I need a plumber again.......he's the man I will call.

Bought a sink & faucet at Home Depot the yo yoâ s They set me up with took 2 1/2 weeks to call me. As I waited I called Algonquin plumbing. They were there the next day and installed it and did an excellent job.

Gerard was able to identify, clearly explain and fix the problem right away. He also pointed out a loose faucet which he added to the repairs at no extra charge. The price was right, and he did well, what he said he was going to do.

Gerard is amazing and a total lifesaver. I can't even begin to put into words how incredibly relieved and thankful we are to have had him come fix our leak. We have an older home (1931) with an old upstairs shower that was leaking into the bathroom downstairs. We had two different plumbers come in to say they wouldn't work on it or couldn't work on it, and we felt completely lost. When he came to fix it, he gave us a breakdown of what was happening and offered several options we could pick from so we could work within our budget and fully understand how each solution would work. He was also so kind throughout the process and really helped us calm our nerves, since we had been struggling with this leak for weeks! He is a quick communicator, and was able to work with us as we coordinated with our upstairs tenants to make sure all schedules lined up for repairs. Truly one of the nicest people I have ever worked with. I will recommend him to everyone I know, he is definitely our new go-to-guy!

Great working with Gerard. He came when he said he would. He was polite, wore a mask, and was respectful. He explained what he would do. The job took a little longer than I had expected, but not bad. The only thing he didn't do was clean the mess around the faucet and on the floor where he had to do cutting. I would hire again.

We were in kind of a bind with a sink leak and broken faucet. Unfortunately, it was during the Coronavirus time so we weren't sure if we would be able to get anybody let alone in a hurry. I was lucky to get Gerard who came right over after finishing another job and took care of our issues. From phone call to job completion was approximately 5 hours. Amazing. I might add that the work was done professionally and went without a hitch. Do not be afraid to hire.
