We had a massive project in front of us, as our existing back patio and front porch (circa 1957) was a crumbling mess of concrete. We had multiple contractors come in for estimates, and most of them told us that the scope of work was too much for them to handle, and others came in with astronomical estimates. Being fairly new to the Hudson Valley, this made us uneasy on whether we would ever get this done? When Sergio Jr accompanied with his dad came, their demeanor was with complete confidence, respectful and with a smile. Every aspect was explained to us from start to finish. The work started, and finished in exactly 9 days, as we added more projects on like an additional walkway, as well as shoring up the footings on our rear deck. "This review posting is very unfortunate as I have never had this experience with Kappas before and they have been to my house multiple times and have always been helpful. Sunday of this week our water stopped working. We had already been experiencing some issues and had changed out filters ourselves and had called kappas that came out to look and didn?t charge us to do so. So Sunday with no water we called and were told someone would be there Monday morning to check. Two workers came and discovered our well pump had died. We were quoted at a cost of 6500-8500 to replace (which after some research have discovered that quote is outrageous). They started to pull out our pump but a few minutes later told us it was stuck and they would need a different machine but because of where our pump was in vicinity of power lines they wanted their boss to come and take a look. He came later that afternoon and after looking around told us the only way he could fix our pump was if we allowed him to p"
