"The crew from Armstrong Waterproofing did a fantastic job of fixing our drainage problem. They were punctual and on time every day and even worked later that would be expected to get to a good stopping point each day. They were very careful not to damage any electric and water lines coming into the house during the excavation process. They excavated the ground to the footers on the outside of the basement wall, cleaned and applied waterproofing, and installed drain pipe both for a footer drain and for any downspouts. We have already noticed a big difference in our basement wall, even with the excessive rain this week. They offered sensible options for fixing our problem at a reasonable cost. "I cannot in good conscience recommend Palermo Concrete to anyone. Below are photos of a stamped concrete sidewalk and patio we had done by them in 2023. I have also included photos of when the work was first done. As you can see the sidewalk completely crumbled and parts of the patio did as well. Palermo concrete told us that this happened because of the harsh winter we had last year. We live in Western New York, I would hope they would use concrete that would stand up to our climate. They also blamed us for using ice melt. The patio never had ice melt used on it because we have a hot tub and did not want to track ice melt into it. While we did use ice melt on the sidewalk, it was used very sparingly and only used to prevent someone from falling. We also did extensive research on ice melt and only used one that said it was safe from use on stamped concrete. While they did replace the sidewalk, they would only replace a small portion of the patio. "

"My parents entered into a contract with Curb It on 7/15/2020 and gave a 10% deposit. At that time, he stated that they are not be able to do the work until at least mid September or early October. My father has since called 3 times to inquire when he would do the work and has not received a response. No work has been done to date. I stated we would not hire him again. We would reconsider thus rating if we can get the agreed upon work completed."
