I contacted Colonial Chimney Sweeps for a long overdue, routine chimney cleaning.  They arrived on schedule and performed the job quickly and professionally.  I'm very pleased with their work and will contact them again when it's time for another cleaning.

We call and make an appointment - Bob does send out yearly reminder cards. Bob comes, lays down tarps to protect the floor, cleans out the insert, then cleans the chimney removing any soot build up. He vacuums everything and removes his tarps and equipment. Job is always done very well.

From my initial phone call job was scheduled AND completed within 72 hours. Professional and curteous. They did a great job. I will use them again in two years for my next chimney cleaning.
