I had a small repair job that was needed on my home. I dealt with Steve and he was very attentive and professional. The crew that came to my house was polite and professional as well. Happy to say that my experience dealing with Steve and team was great and would recommend to anyone.

Irvin and his team were very professional and highly experience in the business. I am very skeptical when it comes down to hiring companies to do large home improvement projects but after meeting with and speaking with Irvin (who was recommended by a friend) I felt comfortable and immediately felt that sense of trust. He showed me pictures and explained everything that needed to be done. He was very patient and pleasant at all times. At the end of each day they cleaned up the work area and completed the job quickly. I am so pleased with the job that was done and would highly recommend them. My new roof was done very neatly and is beautiful. Sometimes I stand across the street and just admire it. Thank you Irvin and Steve for your professionalism and a job well done.

The owner, Irvin, was very approachable and started and completed the work in a very timely fashion. He replaced a leaking skylight and repaired the surrounding area of the roof. The work met my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend his company to my friends.

I contacted them to get my roof replaced , The owner Irvin came , right off the bat I liked his personality and loved the fact that they do their own work , I had 3 other companies give me a quote when I asked if they do their own work they all mentioned that they sub contact their roofs . I chose Long Island Precision for the project and they amazed me !! The crew came with 9 guys including Irvin Himself ! My roof was done in 1 day , The guys are true professionals. From the guys working on the roof to the guys on the ground cleaning up ! !Ilove my new roof and my new seamless Gutters ! Thank You Long Island precision

I was very happy with Irvin timeliness and professionalism. He quickly understood my concern because rain was in the forecast. Even though this was not a big job I was treated well and fairly. Irvin came by with two crews and got the job done in a very timely manner. He even went ahead and arranged a dumpster to remove all the debris from the old roof, so there was nothing piled up in front of the house. His price was more than fair considering the amount of work he and his guys had performed. I am very happy about how the end result was. He was very meticulous and prompt. He showed up when he said he was going to. Not only do I have a brand new beautiful roof, but I also did not even have to worry about a single nail on the driveway to puncture a tire. I am very pleased and I will definitely be calling him to do more work around the house.

Hired them to put pavers on the driveway and lower it 3-4 inches so it can meet the sidewalk and redo entry apron. I signed the contract with Irvin Rivera, and Irvin sent his uncle Hermes Cruz to install the pavers on the driveway. Hermes never listened to me and build the driveway higher than existing sidewalk. Sidewalk and entry apron was never built properly either. Hermes took $14000 cash from me. I called Irvin try to registered my complaint about the driveway being pool of water, built very high without any pitch, no mesh wire, less than 4' concrete, sidewalk and entry apron being built wrong and requested him to redo everything or refund my money. Irvin threaten me that he will put a lien on my property. I'm taking them to court. please don't hire them. I have proof with pictures. Long Island Precision Home Improvement installed a brand new roof so that we could put solar panels on our roof. They did beautiful work and even helped us picked the color of our shingles which came out great. They did such a nice job on the roof that we hired them to do our gutters and siding as well. In addition, they made some valuable suggestions on venting our roof properly which greatly enhanced the quality of our house. They also handled all aspects of paperwork like providing estimates very professionally. I will definitely use them again.

Erwin is the guy who is reliable and will go an extra mile. My roof was really steep, and he beat all other bids. He is licensed and insured, so you know you are in safe hands. H e always reply on any concerns on text ASAP. i like working with honest contractors and Erwin is one of them.

We are both looking for someone who will truly appreciate and value our home whenever we are spending our hard earned money. Irvin Immediately responded to my inquiry about a fence came to my home gave me a quote I like what I heard and I hired him for the task I told him that I wanted it done a little faster than usual and he found some availability within his schedule only because someone had canceled but regardless of the matter he was willing to work as fast as possible. I have done my own homework my own research when it comes to companies doing this particular job and do your own homework shop around and look for the key factors when it comes to someone treating your home with the respect that you want and getting the finished product the you want. Irvin Was very caring and very honest about all his information and I feltl comfortable inviting him into my home and having him do this task, greatly appreciate his hard work and making sure the job is complete and that was a happy customer .
