I hired Supreme Island to replace the roof of my home, and I only have good words to tell about these guys. They are the most professional home service company I have ever used. Unlike the other contractors that were all pushy, they told me that the roof needed replacement and it would not be in my best interest to waste money in repairs. Having heard so, I gathered estimates from all the other contractors. Supreme Island?s estimate was by far the best. I felt very comfortable making the decision on going with them because they did not push me at all. They explained to me in detail everything that was going to happen. I was updated for every single process of the roof. They all the pictures of every step of the roof so I can keep them forever. I am extremely happy with them. Look no further, this is the company to hire!

Search no more. This is the best roofing contractor on Long island, period. They do the job twice as fast as others, do not cut corners, and, most importantly, they do the job right. They repaired our roof promptly, and had very reasonable prices. Tom is the owner and he actually does a lot of the work himself. Would highly recommend them!

I've only interacted with Tom, so what I say can't necessarily apply to any other lead person there. Still, this company will be my roof people forever. Great response time, great service, reasonable prices. I'm in Mastic Beach and not made of money.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! No matter how many positive reviews they may have here. They are CROOKS!! I hired them to fix my roof. I paid them cash. I personally paid TOM KOVACI as he asked for cash. They came and said it was fixed but it wasnâ t fixed. I called them and they said they would return to fix it because I had a 5 year warranty with them. They NEVER returned! They NEVER again responded to my phone calls, NEVER called back. I mustâ ve called them over 20 times. My roof leaks more than it ever has now. They are deceitful, unprofessional and crooks. They took the money and ran. DO NOT give them business!!! It is absolutely disgraceful how they took advantage and to this day I have yet to hear from them. ABSOLUTE CROOKS!!!!!

Do not use this company! If there was an option for a zero star, I would have rated this company just that. I hired Supreme Island Corp to install a new roof. I dealt directly with the owner Tom who does not guarantee his work and causes damage to your property during the process. My driveway was damaged from the dumpster he rented to remove the old roof/garbage, my front gate was broken and all the gutters got damaged from the step ladders that his workers were using to go up and down from the roof (they leaned the ladders directly on the gutters) I contacted Tom several times through text messages and provided him with photos of the damages caused to my property and he did not seem to care. After several attempts to reach out to him, he finally responded by saying he is too busy and it is not his problem. Tom is not professional nor is he responsible and quite frankly he is extremely rude. I do not recommend this roofing company and I regret using them.

I called and received a call back almost immediately. Tom arrived exactly on time and was extremely professional, courteous and saved me a huge amount of aggravation, money and heartache that my home insurance policy was giving me. I will have Tom and the company back in the spring as he was honest to tell me that the chimney work I needed would not be good to do during the winter. Most of the time I am hugely disappointed with repair companies that I find on line. What a welcomed surprise this was! Thank You Tom and I will see you in the spring!
