First of all, a live person actually answered their business phone and, on the spot, set up an appointment for a consultation and estimate. The woman we spoke with was polite, warm and competent. John Starkie came out to our house several days later, listened to our wish list, surveyed the area and wrote up a detailed estimate. Mr. Starkie is a personable fellow but more importantly, he is a straight shooter. We liked him from the beginning and our instincts were proven to be correct. He wrote up our estimate on a Friday, by the following Tuesday our project was complete. He organized and coordinated everything: the scheduling of the cement mixer and the power washer to interface with his own technicians and move the project along most efficiently. It was a pleasure working with Starkie Brothers. We've already recommended them to several of our neighbors who've complimented the work we had done and we fully intend to employ their services in the future."

"Review Recently had a job completed by RJ Falcone and honestly if I could give these guys 10 stars I would. This is the second time we’ve had work done with them. They did such an amazing job last year with our patio pavers and dry-well install, we opted to go with them again to complete a semi in-ground wrap and raised patio. Rich and his team were fantastic every step of the way. He was always very responsive whenever we had questions and was usually able to get back to us within a day or so. In addition to wrapping the pool and installing the raised patio, he also installed another dry-well and seamlessly tied in the new pavers with the work that was already completed. Even with the color of our original pavers being discontinued, he was able to make everything transition in beautifully. It is very rare that you find people who truly care about the quality of their work these days. This is absolutely not the case Rich, the team’s attention to detail was impeccable and they left my property pristine. They took precautions to leave as little damage as possible to my lawn, and did an amazing job with clean up. We will 100% be using them again."

"Sal and his crew did a lot of work for us last year - paver walkways, patio, and raised deck. He was great, quick, reasonable and we were thrilled with the work. We’ve gotten lots of compliments on the yard since then. We had a pool added on to the paver deck since then and when we reopened the pool this year we noticed that the pavers had sunken in a bit in the middle. I waited all summer to call Sal about it because I was afraid of the hassle I was sure it would be to get it fixed. I emailed Sal this week and he called me within 24 hours. He came that day to look at it and within another 24 hours, he and his crew had repaved the whole deck. No questions and no charge. He also replaced two stones that we had damaged, as a courtesy.
