"Steve came over the same day I contacted the company to give me an estimate. I was putting an extension on an existing paver block patio. They matched the paver blocks and a week later they came to do the job. The crew was very efficient and after completing the job they did a great job cleaning up. The actual patio matched the design of original patio, old patio down for 5+ years so was not an exact Color match but will be close once I power wash the old patio. "Luigi is a very personable individual, responsive and caring.  I was impressed with him upon our initial estimate meeting, when he advised me that a design for the walks and driveway that I had seen in a magazine would not be workable for this climate and would not last, even though it would have been a more costly enterprise, thus more profitable for him.  He also proved to be very patient and understanding with my insistence on having a particular color paver for the walks and patio and particular brick for the retaining wall.  Indeed, when I was not pleased with the condition of some of the bricks for the retaining wall, Luigi took me to the masonry supply to choose the bricks myself.  He always responded promptly and pleasantly to all my calls and questions.
