Mike came almost right away after I requested his help. There was a significant accumulation of leaves on my gutters and it was already winter. He came soon and took care of my gutters. He is very professional and communicates effectively.

The first day he was to be here, he was a no show no call. He did however, apologized when I messaged him. He came the following day and cleared the downspouts. But I was a bit surprised that he did not flush them at all. He was to give me an estimate later that day regarding fixing the angle of one of the gutters. 2 days later I messaged him reminding him. 8 days later I am still waiting. (being the reason for my rating on customer service)But he was very kind and pleasant.

I haven't had my gutters cleaned in a few years, so I honestly can't recall what I had paid in the past -- and I guess everything these days costs more than I'd expect. Mike offered to quote just cleaning the gutters that would probably be the worst, but I decided to have him do all of them. He had to cancel the first appointment for a quote because his son was ill at school and needed to be picked up (that happens when you're a parent!), but we spoke the next day and he offered to come out later, after he finished his last job. I could have scheduled the work for any time, but wanted it done soon -- and he got it done within a couple of days. As far as having work done on the house goes, it was a very pleasant experience. At the very least, call him for an estimate (but you'll like his work.)

Responded quickly; gave a reasonable estimate, and was ready to do the job as soon as we approved it. He cleaned out all our churchâ s gutters and downspouts, showed us where the weak points were, and made some maintenance recommendations, to avoid future problems.
