"I researched and found Devon and his company were very well reviewed and he was great on the phone. We have a 1904 home with vermiculite and old batting for insulation in the attic. Devon came out to the house and was planning to do the removal of the old insulation but the vermiculite was determined to have asbestos, so we had everything in the attic remediated. Devon told me about the ZAI Trust and I was able to submit a claim for the abatement and reinsulation. Devon also discovered that a small roof off the kitchen/dining area was uninsulated as well as the dormer roof and the ensuite below it.
