"Mr. Torres was great with all the work we had done. We went to his office where we picked out the color stones for our brick steps and paver walkways. He was extremely helpful with suggestions and patterns. In the middle of the job I asked for an estimate for the side of our house for a walkway and he was able to do that as well as the initial work. The price was very fair and we were very happy with it, we had another estimate for the work and it was astronomical. They believe you should not make holes in your foundation. They started the job quickly, which is very important since a crack in the foundation will continue to leak water till it's fixed. Time is of essence . I was able to negotiate the price for 54 " of concrete, cut down 9 ". 5 inch wide waterproofing, 24 foot PVC drain .all came to $11200.00. It's a fair price, you need to negotiate it. I paid nearly 1/2 up front. They are reputable . The job finished within 1 week. So far no leak.
