Monday night he called and said he will come Wednesday for sure because he doesn’t want his workers pouring cement in 98 degree heat! I like a boss who cares about his employees. He came on Wednesday and did a PERFECT job!"

"I got a quote from Ken. He was responsive , fair and knowledgeable. Some waterproofing companies suggest you put a French pump outside your foundation , this company dies not. They believe you should not make holes in your foundation. They started the job quickly, which is very important since a crack in the foundation will continue to leak water till it's fixed. Time is of essence . I was able to negotiate the price for 54 " of concrete, cut down 9 ". 5 inch wide waterproofing, 24 foot PVC drain .all came to $11200.00. It's a fair price, you need to negotiate it. I paid nearly 1/2 up front. They are reputable . The job finished within 1 week. So far no leak.
