The pedestal sink needed replacement. the medicine cabinet needed replacing. The walls have beautiful ceramic tiles are period correct vintage style. Our home was built in 1922 with about 95% original plaster walls and wooden floors that look like new. We selected Saeed and his team because they have outstanding reviews. His team arrived exactly on time and with all materials needed to complete the project. Saeed estimated the time needed to complete the project 4 days and completed the job on time. I liked Saeed professional attention to details , I gave him my Living room job as well. The flat roof became a maintenance nightmare and we had it converted. They also replaced the gutter system on the garage and painted the garage door. This year, the Nunez crew completely removed our concrete driveway, re-sloped and replaced the concrete. In addition they removed a rusty, broken fence and replaced it. Great job as usual.
