Only person who responded from angi to install our above ground pool. Showed up with no equipment after knowing we wanted to lower pool and said could do it , floor of pool not level so now cleaner won't clean properly, whole pool not level and have gaps along most of the side rails which is causing bowing out. Do not hire this person in NY or FL!!! Waste of $2500 we could have probably done a better job!

He needed to install the sand pool pump, he quoted me for a skimmer installation, pool sand, installation of sand pool pump. He told me he would bring all the materials needed and take care of it for 500$. He shows up with no skimmer to install or sand for the pump so he could not do the job properly and tried to leave before I was able to put sand in it and turn it on. I told him no Im not paying until its running and I can trust the pump but i ended up paying him $400 cause he did a shotty job plus I had to go and get the sand he was supposed to bring and had to make shift a hose that he was supposed to also get from the store but instead we had to use an old hose I had laying in the garage… he got the pump to run but it leaks when its turned off like crazy and it can only run for a couple hours at a time so its costing me money now due to the water draining constantly. He told me he ordered a part that was going to come in the mail and of course like an idiot i believed him and now he has me blocked or he is deciding to ignore me after he told me before left if its leaking ill just come back and take care of it, its part of my guarantee . I want him off of Angi so he cant screw people over anymore unless you guys can convince him to come back and finish the job properly.

Corey from Waterbanks Pool installations came here June 27 presented to us what he could do as far as installation of the pool. I sent him a $800 Venmo payment to guarantee he would come and do installation July 11 after the deposit was sent. I found out he was not licensed or insured. On the day he was to arrive between 830 and 9 AM but did not arrive until 1030 when he was in transit, he sent me a message stating that he wanted the remainder of the $1800 in cash. He arrived and began leveling the remainder of the dig for the pool to be level then proceeded to install the pool at around 8:30 that evening. He said I m gonna have to come back. It s getting dark at that point he has to be paid in full stating that he would come back and finish it on the 13th. we said we would not pay him until the job was complete at which point he became angry and said well I will just stay and do it now then so he installed all the return hoses and the pumps which included having to cut holes in the vinyl for the return and the pump that filters water through the pool he came to the door at 9:45 stating that he was finished so we paid him and he left the next day when we started to fill the pool. We checked the water level and noticed that there was a huge hole in the vinyl linerwhere the water flow valve was at. So I immediately sent him a picture and a text asking if this was correct or if it was wrong and we called and left a voicemail. He has not contacted us or acknowledged the damage to the Pool at this point. Also, all the connections that he made hooking up the pump filter system in the motors are all leaking.

They were so polite and willing to travel quite a distance to help me. I was very happy with their work. They were very courteous and educated me in the process too. It is was great!

Was happy they came on time because I had a tight schedule of availability and I wanted to be at home to watch the pool get built , i was happy to see the process from start to finish The pool was fully built in a day. So far no problems , still up & running God bless

The crew did a great job they arrived at my house on time got the pool done in a good amount of time and me and my family were able to enjoy the pool.

These guys were professional and punctual. They were very respectful to me and my wife. Kept us in the know during the process and answered all of our questions. The pool looks great and they got the job done just ahead of schedule. 10/10 would recommend

Couldn?t find anyone to build our pool for an affordable price but waterbanks really came through. Without breaking the bank the kids and I can enjoy our nice 18x33

This pool guy took about 4 hours to do my pool and his mannerisms were amazing. He greeted himself to me and stayed very professional through my entire experience

Very nice crew. worked very hard and quickly to get the job done in one day. My kids love the new addition to the backyard!
