At 24, I’ve built a strong foundation in outdoor property services, running my own lawn care and junk removal business since receiving my driver’s license. What started as a way to enjoy working outdoors and earn reliable side income has grown into a dependable operation focused on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. With years of hands-on experience managing physical work, scheduling routes, and delivering consistent results for homeowners, I’m now expanding my services to include professional pet waste removal—helping dog owners maintain clean, safe yards without the hassle. I take pride in reliable, respectful service and turning necessary chores into something customers don’t have to worry about.

"He was very responsive to my request for junk removal. It was a "deal" on Angie's List. The advertisement was not very clear on how much junk this price would cover. We set a date and he was there right on time. They removed the junk in literally 10 minutes. (most of the stuff was medium sized objects, easy to carry).
The only issue I had is when he came to the door to tell me he was finished, he told me that the amount of junk they took was more than they expected for the price.
I found this a little "unprofessional". The ad should have been much more specific. If I did have more than he expected, he should have taken that up with Angie's List or amended the advertisement. Mentioning it to me after the fact, wasn't the way to go.
However, the overall experience was very positive and I WOULD recommend him again.

"Everything went really well, the two guys showed up on time, there were really friendly and did a awesome job with unloading the pods. They were also helpful in helping me document the damage incurred in transit due to the AWFUL loading job done by another mover in California.
The only hiccups were that while Jeff (the owner) is a really nice guy... he's hella slow with responding to emails. I've found that texting him works better and I guess it may be that he's really busy but still nerve-wracking when you have allot riding on the unload and can't get things pinned down. The other thing was that there was some confusion around proration of the final hour. I was expecting that I wouldn't be charged for a full hour if we didn't use it, however Jeff maintains that he told me this in advance but I'm fairly confident I didn't hear this. With that said... he did help me out and sent a guy back to help me with something else later in the day which was really helpful.
Overall, Jeff did come through, he was nice and his guys were great. I would surely hire them again and I'll make sure I plan the full hour so there is no confusion.

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

You should ask a few questions to ensure that your potential lead removal professional is experienced and qualified to handle lead-paint abatement safely, legally, and properly.

  • What are your qualifications and experience removing lead-based paint?

  • Are you licensed and certified to remove lead-based paint?

  • How do you test for lead paint?

  • What methods do you use for lead-based paint abatement?

  • What do you plan to do with the hazardous material when you remove it from the home?

  • Do you do replacement and painting work or removal only?

Unfortunately, lead dust does not look different from any other type of dust. You cannot detect it with the naked eye. To determine if you have lead dust in your home, you will need to hire a local company to take a sample from the paint and test it for you in a lab.

If your roof was constructed between 1930 and 1970, there’s a possibility that the shingles contain asbestos. If that’s the case, you should hire a professional for repairs and replacement, as they’ll have the necessary equipment to stay safe from such a hazardous and cancer-causing substance. If your home was constructed after this period, it’s unlikely that the shingles in place are toxic. In most cases, asbestos shingles are not recyclable, while standard asphalt shingles are recyclable.

It is safe to remove old linoleum, but it may require the help of a specialist due to the risk of asbestos in the material. Before you cut into linoleum or try to peel it up, have it tested for asbestos. If it tests positive, professionals will need to remove it to prevent the risk of health issues from airborne toxic particles. If it’s asbestos-free, DIY removal is possible and safe.

Professional lead-paint abatement companies use a variety of methods to remove lead-based paint, depending on each particular situation. Some of the most common methods include:

  • Total removal: $8–$17 per square foot

  • Demolition and replacement: $1,000–$15,000 per project

  • Encapsulation: $4 per square foot

  • Enclosure: $10 per square foot

  • Chemical stripping: $10–$17 per square foot
