It was a difficult plaster repair in a 1920 house with original plaster on concrete ceilings. There was a huge hole from a plumbing repair and another section severely damaged where the roof that had leaked. Hank was careful to assess the regions were completely dry before starting the job and we even called in a second plumber at his advice to fix an additional leak Hank noticed had not been repaired. He completed the entire project alone and we felt quite comfortable giving him the key to our house. The ceilings are now perfectly smooth, a damaged molding was repaired too, and the walls were repaired where needed and repaired as well. He cleaned up most of the dust and was very careful to keep our floors protected. Note we moved the furniture ourselves. Overall I was very happy and I would hire him again."
