"Ace and his team are the BEST on Long Island hands down. We received multiple estimates from multiple builders and Sun Luxury definitely stood out the most. Ace was the pricier option but it was well worth it. Some of the other builders were proposing changing the structural integrity of the home to reduce costs and other nonsense which did not sit right with us since our Architect had a reason for including certain things. We were hesitant at first since his price was higher but we ultimately decided to go with him based on his previous clients, knowledge, response time, and you could see he truly cares about his work. He would explain everything to us thoroughly and never had grin on his face. Best of all was he has a legitimate office in Syosset and did not work out of a truck which was reassuring since we were trusting him with our hard earned money.
