I did my homework before I went with Luigi.  He wasn't the most expensive nor was he the cheapest. 
His price was fair and he did the right thing.  He didn't try to take shortcuts or shortchange me.  I've seen my fair share of shady contractors in the past.

Luigi was there every step of the way.
He was courteous, professional and he took care of the work with pride.  It has been over 4.5 months since his work is completed.  My DOT violation has been dismissed and my concrete looks great.

I'm really happy that I chose him and will definitely look forward to hiring him for future concrete/masonry services.

"Overall, the project went very well.  He was professional and timely.  He thought he could cut, save and re-instal the concrete section of the walkway where the new PVC pipe needed to go, but made no guarantee's.  Unfortunately, it cracked during the project (again he made no promises).  
I would have rated the quality overall an A if cement did not break, but would not hold it against hiring him.  He has an outstanding Angie's list record and his overall work and follow up was EXCELLENT.  Highly recommended.

"Martinez Brick came the following day to inspect my “3 sidewalk squares” for replacement. He told me the 4th one should also be replaced, as it was elevated. He gave me a price for 4 squares that was less than a competitors price for 3. Then he said that he would cut $400 off if I could do it “this Saturday”, a date at his convenience because he had a job close by. I said “great!” It rained Saturday and he couldn’t pour cement in the rain. He said “I’ll be there Tuesday”, and I’m honoring the discounted price. Okay. Monday night he called and said he will come Wednesday for sure because he doesn’t want his workers pouring cement in 98 degree heat! I like a boss who cares about his employees. He came on Wednesday and did a PERFECT job!"
