"Sean who came to visit was great (professional and courteous) and Cindy is always a pleasure to deal with on the phone. Main concern is that we’ve had to reschedule multiple appointments last minute which has been a major inconvenience due to moving around of plans. Also received 10+ missed calls in a 5 min time span when I was in the middle of an appointment. I understand they were trying to call to let me know they had to reschedule my appointment again but would appreciate a message being left after the first call. Overall good experience (too early to tell about my mice issue but looks like a thorough job) but would appreciate them being able to be more reliable on keeping scheduled appointments."

"I submitted a request at 10pm and they got back to me within an hour. They came to help in less than 24 hours after that first call. I had so many flies in my house it was horrifying. Within 3 weeks they are gone. I’m talking, flies covering the walls and hiding in every corner, on every surface. It was a nightmare!!!! No one else would help but they did. Best customer service and overall service I’ve ever received for an exterminator."

"The exterminator showed up a bit late, but he was kind enough to call ahead and say he was going to be a bit late. He showed up with all the necessary materials. He engaged in a conversation to figure out the situation. And, then he got to work. He thoroughly vacuumed all areas in question, including inside a box spring. He did everything necessary to pretty much guarantee that the bugs (not bedbugs) would be gone within a few days. The last thing he did was spray the place."

"The sales were great and the young man that always came out to service was great.  They were even very pleasant to speak with on the phone.
Availability was tough, when there was an issue the service person would only be in my area one day per week, so if it happened on a Thursday, I would have to wait until Tuesday to see them.
I had an ant problem and it never really was resolved. I had the top package offered with everything except termite protection, yet when it was suggested to have stakes placed in the ground with some repellent or bait, they would not do it unless I paid extra. Pretty certain that should have been included in my plan. I even heard a "whisper" from one employee that it should be included in my plan.
When it came time to re-up my yearly service, the price increased by $200. After searching around, I phoned them and left a voicemail asking someone to call me back regarding the increase of the price and I never heard from them again.  Therefore I never phoned them again.
I would have used them again if the price could have remained the same and if they could have just included the in-ground stakes. I like the idea of eco friendly pest services and have used that type in previous locations, but this was the only one I could find in my area.

"Within 1 month they were able to exterminate our rat and mice problem as well as cockroaches; we recently had an ant problem and they came right away and we hadn't had the problem ever since. they did a good job. they are very friendly and nice people. one good thing about them is when they bill you, you can actually pay the bill online."
