Roeland Stone And Fire offers free estimates on all sorts of custom Stone work, from fireplaces, patios outdoor kitchens to wood and gas stove installations and repairs. We also service gas stoves, fireplaces sweep chimneys and provide inspections.

"I posted a detailed UNSAT rating of the BBB sites. Net - I have called ANC 17 TIMES over the last 2 years to replace 7 pieces of siding they damaged when installing my new AC. They have given me every excuse under the sun, bad company credit card when ordering the siding, company sent soffit instead of siding, Lloyd Jr isn’t responding to service tech, “ will call you back tomorrow “ weeks go by and I still have to chase them. Guess it’s time we go to court."

Gas fireplaces use either natural gas or propane—both of which will increase your energy expenses. If you’re looking for a more energy-efficient option, consider switching to an electric fireplace.

Not all gas fireplaces need a chimney. If you install a ventless gas fireplace, it will release low levels of combustion byproducts back into your living space (instead of pushing them outside through a chimney or vent). Ventless fireplaces burn fuel efficiently, so the emissions are minimal—but they could bother people with allergies or respiratory issues.

It can cost anywhere from $200 to $5,000 to repair a gas line. The cost may vary depending on where the problem is located. For example, if there’s a small gas leak somewhere that’s easy to access, the cost could be on the lower side. On the other hand, repairing buried lines and lines in other hard-to-reach areas will be more expensive.

Renovation projects that require moving a gas-powered appliance may also require moving the gas line that supplies it.
