"Our vacation homes furnace was not functioning during a very cold stretch of weather. We live 240 miles away. Called Andrews Property Maintenance in the morning and they were on site in 2 hours to assess the problem and provide a temporary fix to get the heat running while the parts were ordered preventing possible frozen pipes. Three days later they replaced the motor on our furnace. I was made to feel like I was the most important customer they have, through outstanding customer service. They communicated with me every step of the way and explained in laymans terms what needed to be replaced. The cost of the service was very fair,"
