"Shamrock Maintenance Corp. did an excellent job cleaning and inspecting our wood burning stove. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. "I had a new furnace installed 3 years ago and had an issue immediately thereafter. I spent thousands of dollars, much time wasted, and frustration to have big companies & overcharge me and deflect the blame amongst each other. I called Andrews Property Maintenance and they cleaned up the mess that others left, despite being unfamiliar with the installation and numerous hands touching thereafter. Moreover, last year, I had an issue with my oil tank that went unnoticed by others that worked on the tank. Andrews, on a phone call notice, was there the same night after hours, diagnosed and repaired the problem. The next morning, I received a text to ensure it was still working, and later on in the month, a bill pittance of what others charged, but were unable to repair G"
