We paid him over $6,000 to do the repairs but the workmanship turned out to be shoddy. All the new taping and repairs he made came undone after only a few weeks, now with worse leaking problem than before and roof damage. "Chris did an excellent job repairing three doors that needed adjusting. He realigned locks, strike plates and ensured there was a good seal when closed. He also pointed out a bare wood strip on the side of the door that was swelling in the humidity making the door stick. He planed the edge and painted it so that the swelling would no longer be an issue. He cleaned up and charged a reasonable amount for the work he did. I have already hired him to do some additional work. I highly recommend this company."
