In 2015 we hired Precision to replace old double garage doors with new C.H.I wood grain accent garage doors. They were very professional: Walked us through the process, showed us various options, and did an excellent job of removing and installing. We've received many compliments about how good these doors look. Now, four years after Precision installed the doors, they returned at my request to install an external key pad. The service man arrived at the scheduled time and was polite and professional. He installed the key pad, checked out how the doors were working, and answered some questions that we had. This is a very good company, highly recommended.

I recommend Precision Garage Door of Southwest Florida When one of the springs to my garage door broke I did a search on Angie’s List where Precision Garage Door has received very good reviews. My call to them was answered in a professional manner and the representative was very polite and helpful. I was given a 4 hour window for the technician to arrive. Luckily the technician was finishing up another job nearby and was able to arrive in a very timely manner. Alex, the service technician, was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He was more than will to answer any questions I may have had. He explained various repair options that I had and gave me an estimate of the work to be done. I decided to go ahead and have their higher end springs installed. The cost was more than one might pay for stock springs but they come with a 7 year warranty. Alex also pointed out that my rollers showed some wear and may need replacing in the future and to just keep an eye on them for now. Alex performed the work in a very timely manner. He took the time to show me how to properly lubricate the door’s parts and suggested this be done every 3 months or so. He also left behind a can of Lithium Grease for me to use for the maintenance. I was very satisfied with the level of service I received. I did have some lingering questions that I wished to discuss further so I contacted the Jason who is the manager. Jason was very helpful in resolving some questions I had. Overall I had a very positive experience with Precision Garage Door.

I went on the Precision Overhead Door website and got the direct phone number for Englewood. I called one afternoon and got the appointment for the next morning. The technician was Mark and he was wonderful. He gave me the option to fix the opener we had. I chose to replace it for a total of $549 because ours was pretty old. He did not pressure me in any way. He also went above and beyond by tweaking our door and making other adjustments so it worked so smoothly when he left. I would definitely hire them again.

Alex was great! Not only did he fix what we needed repaired but he taught us some valuable maintenance that we were unaware of. If I need the door or opener replaced, I would definitely call this company.

GREATEST PRICING STRUCTURE! And the whole staff is easy to work with. Very responsive! But what's even better, Precision charges a flat rate to come out and, in addition to any cost of materials, they get right to the repairs without needing to charge extra for their time to repair. Precision was a superior value over other garage door service companies.

Craig was on time and a great help explaining what my issue was which had nothing to do with the door. I knew there was a trip charge to be paid, as I was walking to get the payment he said "don't worry about it". He could have easily told me a guide wheel was out like last time and i would have believed him. I recommend using Precision Garage Door Service.

Jose Rosario was the technician that came to the house to review options on motors. He was very clear on what the options were, gave us some topics on how to maintain the garage door, provided additional service for door maintenance without being pushy, and did a great job. He helped to get the garage door opener synched up with my car remote control. Jose was very professional, friendly and helpful. After his work, my husband commented ‘the new garage door motor is so sweet - what an improvement!’ I would highly recommend Precision and Jose to anyone!
