"Great, after reading reviews on Angi, I contacted Jayson on Sunday by email. He stopped by Monday, the next day, explained what they would do, provided samples to choose from and a quote. I wrote a check for deposit. He called later that day and the roof was scheduled for 9 am the next day, Tuesday. John and assistant arrived promptly and started the job with Jayson arriving a bit later to see if things were on track which they were. The job was completed by 3:00pm, workmanship is excellent and the yard was completely cleaned up and left as when they arrived. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
