"Needed replacement of toilet wax seal. Service tech and assistant were super-nice, professional and clean. Said it would take 2 to 2.5h, but took about 45mins and the charge was $550 + fuel surcharge (if flange was not damaged). I thought this was quite high but based on Webber's ratings I figured it had to be right. Later found out that a experienced plumber would only charge around $200. Too bad, will not use T Webber again."

I purchased a new heating and cooling system, in addition to an extended warranty and maintenance contract. During the winter the heating system worked in my home. However in the summer, the AC stopped working. It took JSP several days to try to get the air conditioner to work, with no relief to me as I endured my home with no air conditioning in the middle of a heat wave.
