"I HAD ATLAS FENCE OF EAST SYRACUSE INSTALL A BEAUTIFUL WOOD FENCE IN 2015, THE WORK, PRODUCT AND OVERALL SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH WAS EXCELLENT. AFTER MANY YEARS OF HEAVY USE OF MY GORGEOUS DOUBLE GATE THE RIGHT SIDE GATE POSTS NEEDED REPLACEMENT. THIS POST WAS LOCATED IN AN AREA WHERE RAIN AND SNOW MELT WAS DIRECTED DUE TO A GRADE IN THE LANDSCAPE AND HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH PRODUCT'S INTEGRTY. THE GRADE HAS BEEN CORRECTED TO DIVERT EXCESS MOISTURE TO AVOID ANY FUTURE ISSUES. THE WORKERS PAT AND KELLER HAVE REMOVED THE DAMAGED POST, REPLACING WITH A NEW POST, RE-INSTALLED THE GATE LEAF INSURING BOTH GATE LEAFS WERE IN PROPER ALIGHMENT FOR A SNUG CLOSURE SO THE GATE COULD OPEN EASILY AND CLOSE TO LOCK UP SECURELY. I CALLED ATLAS FOR HELP, AND JUST LIKE MY FIRST PROJECT I FELT THANKFUL THAT I HAD INITIALLY CHOSE A COMPANY BACKED WITH MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND HIGH PRAISE. We are a commercial, residential and industrial fence company that specializes in all types of fencing: Custom Wood, Chain Link, Vinyl, Ornamental Aluminum and Steel. We also offer a full line of Eastern Jungle Gym Swing Sets and basketball systems from Douglas Industries. We are also the local DogWatch Hidden Fence dealer, the other "invisible" fence. No matter what your fencing needs may be, we are able to accommodate them. We offer free in-home estimates at a time that is convenient for you. Our experienced salespeople will be happy to meet with you and show you pictures and samples and offer suggestions. All our employees are Arrow Fence employees, we do not use subcontractors!

"Scott, a salesman from Arrow Fence, was the most positive aspect of our experience with Arrow, unfortunately everything after that fell flat and we are left extremely unhappy and unsatisfied. After the install, we noticed a few minor issues such as the gate being put on the wrong way, but more importantly that black spray paint that was used for touch up, had boldly made its mark on four slabs of brand new concrete. Not only did the install crew not come forward to tell us, but the follow up call to Dave was less than productive and it has been a run around for the past 3 weeks to get a hold of anyone to get some sort of compensation. It is hard for the owner to understand that we do not want Arrow Fence to attempt to clean the marks and potentially make what is bad, worse. The tone of all conversations with Joe and Dave have made us feel like this is our fault, we are an inconvenience to them, and that the problem that their install crew made was minimal. In the end, the bill for full payment was sent to us with the only compensation being that they would try to come and fix it, and we are left with black spray paint markings that will remind us not to recommend or choose Arrow Fence again."
