"Dave and his team were wonderful to work with. We met with several contractors for our new deck and Dave was recommended by our architect. He was extremely responsive and we found his rates were comparable to others we received. We were stalled for a while due to Covid, but once our permit was approved, Dave kicked off work for us the next week. He was very communicative, sharing updates, hiccups (fortunately not too many - usually product delays), and recommendations. I can't say enough good things about his crew. They always arrived on time and worked diligently. They also indulged the many questions my husband and I had! We've already recommended Dave to another friend and would happily use him again for future relevant work."

When I first met with him I told him my idea of what I wanted to be done. He needed a few days to give me the estimate. He came a few days later and gave me a very reasonable price. He also said he had a great idea for my property that would look a lot better. The price was more and I thought he just was looking for more money. But when I thought about his idea I thought it was great. A lot more work. But the estimate was low. When the job was complete I was very happy with the job. I was also glad that I went with his idea. At the end I saw a few imperfections that I brought up to Luis’s attention. He made me feel very comfortable by fixing the imperfections without any issues. He later did some work for my neighbor and they to were happy with his work. If you go with Luis ask to see my backyard. Its also a basketball court. Youll love it "

"I interviewed a few people before making my decision using Rok and Iâ m glad I did. I did a complete gut renovation and he basically made my revision come to fruition. Even with the delayed/problems with renovations he always kept me informed. U told me he would always have someone at my house working and that he did. Not like the contractors Iâ ve worked with in the past that say that but then once they get the job.. the â oh someone would be thereâ and no one comes. I had a leak issue and he made it to my house 10 pm to assure it was taken of. Roc is reliable and hard working."
