Went great - they were there when promised, spent an entire day getting it right. Down to hand pulling weeds out of a brick patio for half the day. Harry is super responsive.

Harry Norris who runs A Cut Above Landscaping offers good service at very reasonable cost. They did spring cleanup for me and cut my lawn the summer of 2012. The only problem I had with this provider is their responsiveness. There were weeks when they did not attend to the lawn when they said they would. And trying to get in touch with Mr. Norris was extremely difficult. I can understand that this company may be extremely busy over the summer months because of their prices, but when I called and spoke to Mr. Norris to get a price quote for summer 2013, he never got back to me.

They gave good advice on changing the slope so water would run off into the draim and got us a timely estimate. They came on time and were very thorough in completing the job. We now have grass in dense shade areas that were previously bare dirt.

Their services were excellent and timely. They did a very professorial job. It was not an easy job. During the process an electric line had fallen and we asked them to fix it. They finally came back to fix it yesterday (9/12/12). This could have been fail if that electrical line would have crossed our paths. It was bad to have this electrical line in the yard. Their is a lack or management skills or maybe they were busy, but there is no excuse for this situation. The work they did for the tree services was very good. The follow up for the power line that needed to be fixed was not good.

They are very affordable. They did a great job of clearing out my backyard. They come out on time every week. They do a lot more, but I have not needed that yet. I will absolutely use their services in the future.
