They made sure to be respectful of neighborhood noise ordinances when using power washers for outdoor work. Paint work was good quality with nice attention to detail including sanding/scraping and identifying/replacing rotten wood. The work was expensive but well worth it (probably more of that goes on us because we wanted what we wanted). We were able to negotiate.
