"Can't really find the words to express my full satisfaction with Kalthoff Handyman Services. I hired them to rebuild a very difficult deck---hillside/rock. They worked very hard to build a beautiful deck---quite an accomplishment. They worked thru late fall with very cold temperatures---never with a complaint. The price was fair and they never found reasons to raise the price. I was so pleased I asked them to do other jobs---new kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms (one was down to the studs), flooring in 2 bedrooms, front steps, insulation. Prices remained fair throughout. Always done professionally and with attention to detail/finishes. Tile work is beautiful/first rate. In the winter, the water froze (pipe in ground). They fixed it (found a way to solve the problem)---no charge. Really quite superior and I am fully satisfied with their work. Cory has the highest standards and completes whatever he says. I recommend them most highly and feel very fortunate to have found them."

Though Jason was fully booked up, he found the time to remove and replace the ceiling, install a new exhaust fan, and do all the associated repairs. Storie Construction is involved in all areas of residential construction. Estimates are free. A contract is drawn up between the customer and Storie Construction, based on the guidelines of the Attorney General's Office, which includes a job description, materials, beginning and ending dates of the job, and signatures of both customer and Storie Construction. If the end date of the project needs to be altered due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, or material delays, a revised contract will be signed by both parties reflecting this change.
